New Features and Improvements
1)Address Rule Conflict Prevention
Implemented validation to prevent the creation of conflicting rules:
If a black rule exists for an exact address, no white rule can be created for the same address.
If a white rule exists for an exact address, no black rule can be created for the same address.
2)Added Spam Score to Local Domain Creation
Introduced the "Spam Score" field in Settings -> Local domains -> Add/Edit. This allows users to assign a specific spam score to domains. If no specific rule affects an email, this default spam score is applied. Emails with a score higher than the domain's score are automatically quarantined as spam.

Improved Monit configuration to automatically restart the Kaspersky service when necessary, enhancing system reliability and uptime.
4)Custom Certificate Management
