Getting Started with the Community Center

The CYFOX Community Center, launched in July 2024, offers a new platform for CYFOX partners and customers to communicate, ask questions, get tips, suggest features, and enhance their proficiency with CYFOX products.

Access the CYFOX Community Center at community.cyfox.com or by clicking the Community link in the main navbar of the Help Center.

Joining the Community

As of July 1st, 2024, the community hub is available in read-only mode by default for all users who connect via the methods mentioned above.

To actively participate (post, comment, vote), visitors must create an account using one of the methods offered on the site.

Please note that the hub does not use SSO (Single Sign-On) with CYFOX products, so anyone can sign in, even if their name is not directly registered in the customer information on CYFOX servers.

The CYFOX team will closely monitor the activity in the hub, and any user who appears to be unrelated to the known customer database will be blocked from participating in the hub.

To Sign Up

  1. Once connected to the hub, click on the Sign Up option at the top right of the screen.

  2. Choose one of the singing-in options offered in the pop-up according to your preference.

To Log In

  1. Click on the Log In option at the top right of the screen.

Participating in the Forum

Once logged in, user can apply multiple actions, which divide into three groups (boards)

  • Board 1: Feature Requests

    Within this board, customers can suggest new features they would like to see, vote for existing suggestions to increase their priority, and more.

    The product department actively reviews these suggestions, considering and selecting some to be part of the upcoming roadmap.

  • Board 2: Product Q&A

    The Product Q&A board is the perfect place to ask and answer questions related to CYFOX products.

    Whether you’re looking for troubleshooting advice, best practices, or detailed explanations, this board is designed to facilitate knowledge sharing among users. The CYFOX team actively assists with product questions here, providing expert guidance and support.

    This board also offers a unique opportunity to connect directly with the Product Management team, making it a special resource for getting detailed and authoritative responses.

  • Board 3: User Tips

    The User Tips board is dedicated to sharing practical advice and tips for getting the most out of CYFOX products. Here, users can post their own tips, read helpful suggestions from others, and discover new ways to enhance their productivity and efficiency with CYFOX tools. This board is a valuable resource for both new and experienced users.

Get Notified

Users will receive notifications for any collaborative activity. Notifications will be sent both within the community hub and to the email provided at the time of initial login (e.g., when the product team replies to a question, the user will be notified).

Notes

The hub is a great place to ask questions and raise issues when they occur. However, it's important to note that the community center is not the primary channel for reporting critical issues (although it is possible).

Clients facing critical issues should report a bug using the form or contact CYFOX's support team via phone or email.
