Cyfox MailSecure™ provides easy access through any popular web browser. Simply open your preferred web browser and follow these steps to access Cyfox MailSecure™ :
Type the URL of the application into the address bar.
Press Enter or click on the Go button.
The Cyfox MailSecure™ login page will appear.
Enter your login credentials (username and password) to proceed.
Once authenticated, you will gain access to the Cyfox MailSecure™ platform.
Remember to keep your login credentials secure and avoid sharing them with unauthorized individuals. Enjoy using Cyfox MailSecure™ for secure and reliable email communication!
Singing In
If you are logging in, for the first time, you may be redirected to a page, to enter your phone number and reset your password.
When a user is registered and added to Cyfox MailSecure, an automated Welcome Email is promptly sent to their primary email address. This email serves as a confirmation of their successful registration and includes the necessary login credentials.
Within the Welcome Email, you will find the login credentials required to access the Cyfox MailSecure application. These credentials are unique to each user and consist of a username and password combination. Use these credentials to securely log in and enjoy the features and benefits of Cyfox MailSecure.
Forgetting Password
If you've forgotten your password, the process to reset it in Cyfox MailSecure is simple and secure. Just follow these steps:
On the login page, click on the "Forgot Password" option.
Enter your registered and primary email address associated with your Cyfox MailSecure account.
Click on the "Reset Password" button.
An email will be sent to the provided email address with instructions to reset your password.
In the received email, you will find a link to verify your email address. Click on the provided link.
Another email will be sent to you containing a link to the password reset page.
Click on the "Reset Password" link within the email. You will be redirected to a new page where you can enter your new password.
Enter your desired new password and confirm it by re-entering it.
Click on the "Submit" or "Reset Password" button to finalize the password reset process.
Once you've successfully reset your password, you can log in to Cyfox MailSecure using your new password.
